Terms & Conditions

As a company, we have terms and conditions that outline the specific rules and regulations for all our programs. We kindly ask you to read and accept the following, as this will ensure the smooth running of your selected program.

⋗Participants must be over 18 years old.

⋗Participants with any injury, health condition (mental or physical), or those taking medication for any reason are required to submit the relevant information in this form.

⋗The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited during the program.

⋗The consumption of alcohol is not permitted during the program.

⋗Smoking is not allowed within the venue, except in designated smoking areas.

⋗Lighting fires at the venue is strictly prohibited between May and October. From November to April, fires are only allowed with the permission of the supervisors.

⋗Each participant is responsible for their own physical well-being and safety during the program. In case of injury or accident, Tripudium Collective AMKE bears no responsibility.

⋗While we have never encountered theft and the village is considered very safe, each participant is responsible for their personal belongings during their stay. Tripudium Collective AMKE is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

⋗All bell tents are checked prior to departure. In case of damage (e.g., a broken zipper, a tear in the canvas or screen, burns, etc.), the participant agrees to pay a fee between 30 – 100 euros, depending on the type of damage.

⋗All participants must adhere to the program’s rules. Any misconduct towards other participants or facilitators—including verbal or physical violence, disruptive behavior, or harassment—will be considered a serious breach of the program’s code of conduct. In such cases, Tripudium Collective AMKE reserves the right to require the participant to leave the private area of the venue.

⋗Each participant must complete the registration process and submit the required information before the program begins.

⋗Participants must pay the remaining balance in euros via bank transfer or credit/debit card no later than one month before the program.

⋗As an independent, non-profit project without regular public funding, we strive to offer the lowest possible price. The project relies on the commitment of all participants, which is why, in case of cancellation on your side, the amount paid is non-refundable, with the only exception being circumstances of force majeure, such as closed borders, a pandemic, war, or natural disasters preventing your travel. If the event is canceled for any reason, the entire amount paid will be refunded without reservations.

⋗If a participant chooses to leave the program at any time and for any reason, Tripudium Collective AMKE is under no obligation to refund any amount paid.
