Awakening of the Senses

with Estefania Dondi

Awakening of the Senses is an invitation to deepen the connection with your body, your movement, and your capacity to listen.

Through guided movement practices, participants will explore different body qualities, physical states, textures, and sensations, cultivating a deeper awareness of their own movement language. The practice creates space to experience the body as a living, responsive system, constantly in dialogue with itself, others, and the surrounding environment.

Throughout the workshop, we will investigate the relationship between body and space, expanding our physical awareness while developing tools for greater presence, adaptability, and creativity in movement. Rather than focusing on reproducing specific forms, the practice encourages curiosity, embodiment, and personal exploration.

Improvisation serves as a bridge between technique and discovery, allowing each participant to uncover new possibilities within their own physical language and artistic expression.

WILD Experience

This intensive is an invitation to immerse yourself in a daily practice where technique and improvisation continuously inform one another.

Technique is approached not as the pursuit of a fixed shape, but as a supportive foundationa structure that allows the body to move with efficiency, resilience, and freedom.

It is the home from which our movement can grow.

Through consistent and conscious practice, we strengthen this foundation while learning to listen to the body’s needs and the present moment.

Living and practicing in nature becomes an essential part of the experience. The studio, the landscape, the changing light, the weather, and the natural elements become active partners in our research, expanding our perception of space and deepening our physical awareness.

Alongside technical training, improvisation becomes a tool for investigation and creation. Through guided scores and compositional practices, participants will explore movement qualities, textures, body states, rhythm, musicality, performativity, and the relationship between body and environment.

Over the course of the intensive, each participant will gradually build a personal map of movement—discovering new qualities, expanding their physical vocabulary, and developing greater confidence in their own artistic voice.

This workshop is designed for movers who wish to cultivate a sustainable technical practice while remaining open, curious, and deeply connected to their own creative process.
