Do I need to have previous dancing experience to join Paleohori’s events and programs?

All our programs are open to anyone interested in exploring movement and nature in a community setting. No previous experience in specific dance styles or techniques is required—just genuine interest!

Which program is for me?

The programs vary in duration, focus, and level of commitment, but none require a professional level of experience.

Some of our programs require an application, while for others you can secure your spot directly. The programs with an application process involve group work and co-decision-making, which are essential to the experience. The application is required to ensure that the team consists of individuals with a genuine interest in the program’s theme, and not because we require specific previous experience or professional qualifications.

What is the average age range of participants in your programs?

All adults are very welcome to our programs, regardless of age!
